ZY & Partners is a very established and prominent law firm in Beijing, specializing in intellectual property rights (copyright, patent, trademark and trade secret) and international business transaction (including direct investment, international trade, etc.). We are now looking for individuals with records of outstanding personal and academic achievement to join this firm in 2006.
We have an interest in associates with the following qualifications:
(1) LL.M (or higher) acquired from one of the top 10 law schools in China, overseas education background is preferred;
(2) At least 3 years related working experience, overseas working experience is preferred;
(3) Chinese bar license;
(4) Fluent English in writing and speaking (CET-6 or TOEFL 600; English test administered by this Firm will be given during the job interview);
(5) Working experience in patent agency is preferred.
（1）法学硕士以上学位，有海外教育背景者优先；
（2）三年以上法律执业工作经验，有海外工作经历者优先；
（3）取得中国律师执业证；
（4）熟练掌握英语，能以英语作为日常工作语言（要求提供英语六级证书或托福600分以上成绩单，面试时将进行英语测试）；
（5）有专利领域执业经验者优先。
